Tibetan Massage & Ku Nye Therapy
Deep bodywork focused on reducing tension, relieving pain, and restoring mobility. At the same time, the session helps the nervous system relax, allowing the body to release deeper patterns of tension.
Our Method: How It Works
Preparation
The session begins with warm oil, which helps the body relax and prepares the tissues.
Deep Work
This is followed by deeper work with muscles and joints, with special attention to areas where tension accumulates.
Mobility
Gentle stretching is integrated within the session to restore mobility and ease of movement.
Targeted Tools
Heat is used, including hot stones, as well as cupping, which allows for deeper work.
Precision Tools for Deep Imbalances
Moxibustion ( Heat Therapy)

Deep muscular stagnation, neuropathy, chronic tension, energy blockages, numbness.

Effect:
Restored energy flow, release of deep-seated physical tension, awakened nerve endings, and improved mobility.
